Gardener's Supply Company Donates to Garden
Garden's Supply Company generously donated 26 corner brackets to the garden for use in the 2009 season and offered a 50% discount on the purchase of an additional 26 brackets. Also provided were 4 free in-line brackets for use in 10x20 plot construction and a discount on the purchase of additional in-line brackets.

I. Nicolas King Rose Garden Dedicated
A thank you plaque honoring Nicolas King has been placed on the fence behind the north rose garden, which is now named the "I. Nicolas King Rose Garden". Nicolas has been a fountain of knowledge for all gardeners, a whirlwind of energy on projects too numerous to mention, and a totally selfless promoter of the garden community. We are fortunate to have him with us, and this plaque is one way to recognize all that he has done for individual gardeners and the garden as a whole. The plaque reads, "Rose Garden Dedicated to I. Nicolas King for his vision, energy, and community spirit."
